Available now for ECHO Revolution.
Widefield images often appear hazy due to out-of-focus light, even when the sample itself is in focus. ECHO DeconGPU removes this blur computationally (Richardson-Lucy Deconvolution), revealing sharper resolution and finer detail. It integrates directly into the ECHO Revolution Software for your Z-Stack workflow.

Once you have finished deconvolving your Z-Stack, DeconGPU allows you to place them side by side for better viewing of your sample before and after. The viewer is also great for comparing two similar samples such as Wild Type vs Mutant. Histogram adjustments can be made in realtime next to your captured Z-stacks and when you are happy with your image, exporting options are easily accessible in the same menu.
Automated widefield system built with fluorescence, brightfield, and z-stack capabilities, incubator attachment available.
ECHO Revolution is the only ECHO system that supports ECHO DeconGPU. This cannot be installed on a Revolve, Rebel, Cellcyte, or Confocal system.
We went with the Richardson-Lucy Deconvolution. The method you see is backed by science. In our research we received feedback on the importance of transparency with regard to deconvolution methods.
ECHO DeconGPU is native to the ECHO software allowing for seamless transition from Z-Stack image acquisition to deconvolution.
